I noticed that many users in BLOGGER tend to 'crowd' their starting pages with too many photographs. Sometimes you need to 'click-and-drag' the scroll bar for several times(I hate doing that). Here's an innovation.

I got the 'source codes' for photo3D.html at http://www.dhteumeuleu.com/ then having administrative privy's at http://www.forumotion.com/ , they allow you to manage HTML files in MODULES. Yes, provided you are the forum's ADMIN.

As for the codes. You may create your own custom gallery by editing the html file and changing the images using a DIRECT LINK URL. It's just a matter of EDITING(prefer to use ctrl+v & ctrl+c): DELETE the original image filenames, COPY the new filenames, PASTE, PREVIEW, then finally SUBMIT. All done. You got the 'addy' for the gallery.

It would be cooler to have a Virtual Gallery for the purpose. Complete with animated people and other entourage. Plus effects such as 'time-exposure' or simply said, the changing directional vectors of the sun's rays. In CAD, they call it 'raytrace'. Well..that's what is on my wish-list.

Does using DHTML scripts come within the definition of 'hacking'?



I don't think so. It's more of a random play of exploring its effects. It is also included on 3rd party provision for added functionalities. It is the domain of the programmer and those knowledgable in scripting languages.

For us with no knowledge in the area. It is more of a child's play of trial and error.
In other words, a briliant way to waste our time.

There's a lot to learn in 'wasting time' and keeping an 'open' mind.


The script was posted on the 'footer' of the template. It gives lesser control on the built-in customizations on fonts and colors. If you will notice, the post-title is smaller than the 'post-text'. Ha haH! I'm still trying to tweak it..
It does have some desirable effects on the page.
Like they say, STATIC is BORING.
Its just cooler this way.

It is alleged that the patients who were under intensive care were exposed to some kind of danger. Does the exposure therefore constitute a crime that is specifically prohibited by law?

Where there any injuries involved or suffered due to a conscious and willful act?
Did it result in damage, loss, or injury?

An airline flight will always involve a certain degree of risk. It however does not stop us from traveling. Neither is exposure to that risk without a proven loss, damage, or injury demandable nor enforceable.

There is a need for a comprehensive and uniform provision regarding contracts of employment considering that a prior condition of unfairness or breach of contract were declared by the affected workers.

The contract being the root cause of a preceding conscious act.

There could possibly be some issues to be dealt with on an ethical, professional, or administrative level. The venue of which could be the Board of Examiners for certain professions. Comparable to the Supreme Court's overall disciplinary supervision and jurisdiction on all lawyers.

Definitely not on a criminal level.
Sometimes, if not most of the time, politics has it's way of corrupting systems in order to suit the interests of a favored class.

OTHER MATTERS:

Political Appointments to Sensitive Posts: On matters of appointments to Affairs of the State, it is a totally different thing. There is a need for an ACCEPTANCE from the APPOINTING POWER. Even if it is an Irrevocable Resignation. It is never final until accepted or approved.

The Academy

For those who played 'STARWARS: The Republic'.

I'd like to think that 'law skewl' is like Dantoine.
After you've been given all the 'tools of the trade', it's up to you to choose which path to take.
The weapons and ammunition one acquires. These are I imagine the 'light-saber', which receives the embedded stones. The one that conveys a singular and individually unique power in your hands.

The path of evil or that of good.
The dark-side or the path of light.
We're all conscious and choosing individuals according to each of our realities.

As for the game, I played either side.
Ended up with a win.

But playing the good side gave me more joy.
Much more than the win.
